Stayed in a super affordable and newly renovated room with a nice shower. the staff was really friendly and provided top-notch service. 💫

Everything was good, fairly clean hotel, peaceful location on outside patio area. Location adjacent to supermarket and ferry to uk. Cool and air-conditioned room on top of our motel style bedroom. Plenty of pleasant food at breakfast time.

The staff here are capable and friendly, always ready to assist, and the rooms are cozy and functional with the added benefit of a bathtub.

In the bathroom it was cold, mould on the tiles, the entrance door opens to the inside and the second door to the outside, so there is always a traffic jam, you have to enter one by one! Security is not given in this way!

The restaurant offered great choices and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with amazing dishes, while the Wi-Fi and safe box were nice extras.

We used the hotel as a stop off point pn our journey down to Cadiz Spain. We found the hotel met our needs and was comfortable.

The breakfast is delicious and sensational. The location is excellent, close to the outskirts of the town and the adjacent airfield.3. The rooms are modern and pet-friendly, with a great shower and a desk in the bedroom.

Quiet, clean room, chalet style. Good food.

Room was dark due to very high hedge running parallel to our row of chalets - does it need to be that high? Makes everything appear dingy and gloomy. Room coffee and tea facilities were poor - two of everything including tiny tubes of milk which were useless, and cardboard cups. Ideally needs a bar and larger sitting area.

Good, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed and good showering/bath facilities. Parking immediately outside room. Good restaurant with polite staff; evening meal satisfactory; breakfast excellent. Separate lounge area where we had coffee and caught up with 24-hour news service on tv. All this was important to us during our overnight stop on our way back to England after a week in the South of France. We were well rested and refreshed for our continuation of the journey next morning.

As an hotel in the industrial zone and well outside the centre of Alencon, it was very expensive. Unfortunately the hotel is wrongly placed on the map provided and it took us quite some time to find it, twice asking directions. Fortunately our French was just good enough to help us. The delay in reaching the hotel was very frustrating especially when we were tired from travelling and just wanted to have dinner and get to bed. We would qualify our recommendation with the above in mind.
